One to One Coaching
What to expect in your coaching session:
- A confidential 90 minute session totally dedicated to you and what you are wanting to achieve
- Whether it’s business or career related, or a personal challenge, you set the agenda
- Using my skills and techniques as a coach we will have a “structured conversation” giving you the opportunity to explore your options, and to help you find your own solutions
- You will leave the session with a better idea or perspective of what it is you want to achieve, why you want to achieve it, and with the motivation to take your next step
I am based in Kent for face to face sessions, and use Skype/Zoom for UK and overseas.

Group Coaching
If you would like to experience a group coaching session before trying an individual session, we run a series of workshops in Kent and the South East of the UK.
This gives you an introduction to coaching on a monthly payment plan.
It also offers a networking opportunity as you work alongside like-minded business people who also want to develop themselves and grow their business.

Become a Clarity Cards Coach
We help Coaches and Coach Managers gain clarity with their clients and win more clients with the Clarity Cards.
Whatever your specialism, this unique diagnostic system will complement your coaching practice. Using the Clarity Cards System you can quickly determine the coaching needs of teams or individuals working within an organisation. Your prospective clients will understand how they will benefit by working with you, and you will know how to pitch your offering.
As a licenced coach you will receive the Clarity Cards System which includes:
- Your own set of Clarity Cards to use with your prospective individual and/or organisational clients
- A listing on our Clarity Cards Coaches Directory to promote your coaching specialism
- Access to our private LinkedIn User Group with a “knowledge pool” of coaches trained in the system from different sectors/backgrounds eg Career coaching, Counselling, HR, Music, Sales, Theatre, and Wellbeing
- Access to our Membership site & Resources including:
- Instructions for Individual Coaching
- Instructions for Team Coaching
- A Review Tool for your Individual Clients
- A Feedback Tool for Organisational/Team Coaching Clients

As one of our licenced coaches you are free to work with clients of your choice and location.
One of the benefits of being on our Coaches Directory is that potential clients can search for your location and/or coaching specialism, and you will be able to work directly with them, with no referral fee involved.

Try a Discovery Training Event + Return of Investment
Book your place on our next one-day training event for Coaches and HR & Training Managers, to try the cards out before deciding if you would like to become a licensed Clarity Cards Coach.
Gain one new client a year using the Clarity Cards (and our training event will show you how) and you will cover the yearly licence fee.
License Fee
Apply within 28 days of attending a training event, and your first year licence fee will be £350 (a saving of £150).
There will be an annual license fee of £250 for ongoing use of the cards which will be renewed annually, unless you return your complete set of cards with a written request not to renew at least one full month before your renewal date.
If you are unable to attend our one-day training workshop, currently held in London and Kent, please contact karen@kccoaching.co.uk to discuss alternatives.
